Registry Service Subscriber Requirements and Fees

Requirements

The Registry Service Subscription is for serious breeders of Working Kelpies.

You must meet the following qualifications.

  1. You must register your dogs with NAAKR, Inc.  (You may send in registrations at the time of service subscription application.  If application is accepted, you will receive those registrations at the service subscriber fees.)

  2. To qualify for continued subscription service you must have reasonable registration activity.*

  3. You must be an ethical breeder.  Complaint calls about NAAKR, Inc. Service Subscribers are few.  Those received are taken seriously.  Though this is a registry and not a breed association, Service Subscriptions can be terminated if legitimate complaints from buyers are unresolved.

*  Reasonable as defined by the Registry based on the subscriber history and circumstance.

Service and Fees

Service and Fee options as follows.

Subscriptions run a 1 calendar year - January 1st through December 31st.  Renewal is due on or before December 15th.  Subscriptions started prior to September 30th are due for December 15th renewal of that year.  Subscriptions started after September 30th are due for renewal on December 15th of the following year.

Renewal notices will be sent in December.  There will be no second notices.  Subscription listing will be dropped January 15th if remittance not received.

  1. Regular Service Subscription Fee - $35  This includes lower rates on Registry transactions, option of having name, address, and phone listed (with e-mail address if available) on the NAAKR, Inc.'s web site Breeder's Page (this web page is copied and sent to those without online services).

  2. Breeder Home Page Subscription Fee - $50  This includes lower rates on registry transactions, option of having name listed on the web site Breeder's Page (this page is copied and sent to those without online services).  Your listing will be linked to your NAAKR, Inc. Breeder's Home Page (set up and design costs separate).  If you have a web site, it will be linked only from a NAAKR Breeder's Home Page.  (Owned sites already linked to listings have been grandfathered in as of July 15, 2000.)

All dogs featured or advertised on Breeder Home Pages must be NAAKR registered.

NAAKR, Inc., as owner of the domain www.kelpiesinc.com, reserves the right

to edit and / or refuse any and all content on applications for Breeder Home Pages.

Fees are subject to change.  Clients will be notified.
