R/Bred Heel Nippin' Mikey

R/Bred HNR Chooch

Sire: Jambo Cleet (fawn, his sire was fawn and dam was red/tan) Dam: R/Bred Heel Nippin' Mikey (black/tan, her sire was black/tan -- carried dilution and red gene and dam was black/tan -- carried dilution and red gene) Soot is black, without tan points.

Sire: Doss-Tex Mr. T (black/tan -- carries red and dilution gene).

Dam: Ripley (unregistered, but lineage known)



Mikey is black/tan and has produced both red/tan, solid red, black/tan, and solid black pups. From this, I know that she carries the red gene. She has produced "open-faced" and "saddle" markings on some of her previous pups.



She has an "open-face". She was borned with a dark face, like Chooch (picture below). When she was about 5 months old, the black started to fade and evenually her entire face was red (instead of black).
